Pipedrive calling
Connect Pipedrive, confirm an AI call from a contact, and save its result on the original CRM record.
Connect your Pipedrive account to one Skysay workspace and project. Choose an AI agent and an active caller-ID number, then start calls from a person's phone number in Pipedrive. Opening the calling window never places a call on its own.
Connect your accounts
- Sign in to Skysay and open Integrations → Connect Pipedrive.
- Authorize the Pipedrive application. It requests basic account information, read-only Contacts and Deals access, and Call logs access. Contacts and Deals are read to verify the selected person, phone number and deal; they are not edited. Call logs access creates the resulting call activity.
- Confirm the named Pipedrive company and user in your Skysay workspace.
- Select your project’s AI agent, caller-ID number, call purpose and recipient authorization, then save the call settings.
A Pipedrive user/company connects to one workspace/project at a time. Each Pipedrive user authorizes their own connection. Disconnect the old workspace before moving it to another. Access and refresh tokens stay encrypted on the server; they are never sent to the calling window.
You need a configured AI agent, an active phone number and sufficient purchased balance for telephone calls. Normal Skysay calling permissions, destination rules, concurrent-call limits and billing apply.
Call from Pipedrive
Choose Skysay as your Pipedrive calling method. Open a person's phone number, check the name and international phone number in the Skysay window, then choose Confirm and call. A deal entry must belong to that person. A missing or mismatched contact/number is refused before call admission.
The call starts in the AI agent’s configured default language. The AI agent calls the contact over the telephone. You are not joining a browser softphone call. Keep the calling window open to follow progress; closing it does not cancel an admitted call. You can manage the call in Skysay's Calls page.
Find the result
The result is saved as a Pipedrive call activity on the original person and, when selected, the original deal. It includes outcome, connected duration and a link to the Skysay call. Delivery waits up to two minutes for a pending summary. A summary is included when it is available when the result is delivered. Recordings and full transcripts remain in Skysay and require workspace access; this connector does not upload recording files to Pipedrive.
Delivery continues on the server even if the calling window closes. Duplicate confirmation requests reuse the original Skysay call. If Pipedrive's response is lost after it may have created an activity, the result is marked for attention rather than posted again. Contact support to reconcile it before retrying.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect in Skysay's Pipedrive settings or uninstall the app in Pipedrive. Disconnecting invalidates the calling window and stops future calls and pending result deliveries from this connection. A request already in flight may finish. Calls already admitted remain in Skysay, and existing Pipedrive activities are retained. Reconnect to restore access after an expired or revoked authorization.
This connector handles user-confirmed outbound AI calls. Inbound caller identification, automatic CRM synchronization and SMS actions are not part of this calling window.
